Compass Studio came to South Carolina through Tom Zugan, a seasoned construction professional with a passion for building homes that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful. After years of leading high-end renovations in Ohio, Tom relocated to Bluffton to be closer to his children—bringing not just his family, but the full depth of his expertise with him. With roots firmly planted in the Lowcountry, Compass Studio is proud to offer its signature blend of refined design and meticulous craftsmanship to homes throughout the region.
